Our analysis to achieve 50% indigenization by 2030 focuses on coordinated demand creation (charging and fleet programs), targeted support to offset near-term cost impacts of indigenization, and stronger domestic testing and product development capability. Practical enablers for scale are workforce readiness and improved access to affordable finance, particularly for MSMEs, so indigenization is investment-ready.
