The pathway outlines measures to achieve around 60% domestic value addition by 2030 by making domestic supply competitive, such as addressing inverted duty structures, enabling capex support for casting and forging plants, and strengthening micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) capability to meet next-generation turbine requirements. It also emphasizes strengthening the ecosystem through upgraded R&D infrastructure, skilling pipelines, and standards frameworks, including cybersecurity standards adapted to local conditions.
